Hemos renovado el edificio para que estés más cómodo:We have renovated the building to make your stay more comfortable:

• Climatización automática en todo el edificio, fijada a 23 °C: no hay mando que tocar.Automatic climate control throughout the building, fixed at 23 °C: there is no control to adjust.
• Agua caliente para todo el edificio mediante aerotermia.Hot water for the whole building from an aerothermal (air-source heat pump) system.
• Decoración, equipamiento, camas y cortinas nuevos.New décor, equipment, beds and curtains.

Apartamentos León cuenta con el certificado Ecolíderes de Tripadvisor, por aplicar medidas ecológicas en su funcionamiento diario.Apartamentos León holds the Tripadvisor Ecoleaders certificate, for applying eco-friendly measures in its day-to-day operation.

Si ya nos conocías: los antiguos termos y los radiadores de carga nocturna ya no existen.If you have stayed with us before: the old water heaters and night-storage radiators are gone.

Automática y centralizadaAutomatic and centralised

• El sistema regula frío o calor por sí solo, según la temperatura exterior.The system switches between heating and cooling on its own, based on the outside temperature.
• Está fijada a 23 °C en todos los apartamentos: no hay mando que tocar.It is set to 23 °C in every apartment: there is no control to adjust.
• Con el sistema en marcha, mantén las ventanas cerradas. Para ventilar bastan 10 minutos.While the system is running, keep the windows closed. Ten minutes is enough to air the room.
• Si notas el apartamento demasiado frío o caliente, avísanos y lo revisamos.If the apartment feels too cold or too warm, let us know and we will check it.

Agua calienteHot water

El agua caliente llega de un sistema central por aerotermia, muy eficiente porque aprovecha la energía del aire. Si no sale caliente, avísanos.Hot water comes from a central aerothermal system, which is very efficient because it uses energy from the air. If it does not come out hot, let us know.

Pequeños gestosSmall habits

• Aprovecha la luz natural y apaga las luces al salir.Use natural light and switch the lights off when you go out.

Al terminar, comprueba que la placa queda apagada. No salgas del apartamento con nada al fuego.When you finish, check that the hob is switched off. Never leave the apartment with anything on the heat.

Horno-microondasMicrowave oven

• Usa vidrio, porcelana o plástico apto para microondas.Use glass, porcelain or microwave-safe plastic.
• Nada de metal, ni platos con bordes dorados o plateados.No metal, and no plates with gold or silver trim.
• No lo pongas en marcha vacío y deja la bandeja de cristal colocada.Never run it empty, and keep the glass tray in place.
• Si tapas la comida, deja un orificio para que salga el vapor.If you cover the food, leave a vent for the steam.
• Puedes abrir la puerta en cualquier momento: se detiene al instante.You can open the door at any time: it stops instantly.

FrigoríficoFridge

• Déjalo en un ajuste medio: más frío no conserva mejor y gasta más.Leave it on a medium setting: colder does not keep food better and uses more energy.
• No metas comida caliente: déjala enfriar antes.Do not put hot food in: let it cool first.
• Cierra bien la puerta.Close the door properly.

Si un aparato no funciona, comprueba que está enchufado y avísanos.If an appliance does not work, check that it is plugged in and let us know.

LavanderíaLaundry

Lavadoras y secadoras, gratuitas, en la planta semisótano.Washers and dryers, free of charge, on the basement floor.

• Llena la máquina: ahorras agua, detergente y energía.Fill the machine: you save water, detergent and energy.
• Lava a temperaturas moderadas siempre que puedas.Wash at moderate temperatures whenever you can.
• Centrifuga a la máxima velocidad: la ropa sale más seca y la secadora gasta menos.Spin at the highest speed: clothes come out drier and the dryer uses less.

Alarma e incendioAlarm and fire

Si ves fuego o humoIf you see fire or smoke

1. Si el fuego es pequeño y puedes controlarlo, apágalo solo si no corres peligro. Si prende el aceite de una sartén, tápala con una tapadera o un trapo húmedo. Nunca uses agua.If the fire is small and you can control it, put it out only if you are not at risk. If the oil in a pan catches fire, cover it with a lid or a damp cloth. Never use water.
2. Si no puedes controlarlo, sal ya por la escalera. No uses el ascensor.If you cannot control it, leave now by the stairs. Do not use the lift (elevator).
3. Cierra las puertas al salir para frenar el humo y el fuego.Close doors behind you to slow the smoke and the fire.
4. Con humo, avanza agachado o a gatas, cerca del suelo, y tápate la boca y la nariz con un paño húmedo.In smoke, stay low or crawl, close to the floor, and cover your mouth and nose with a damp cloth.
5. Si no puedes salir: enciérrate en una habitación con ventana, tapa las rendijas de la puerta con trapos mojados, hazte ver desde la ventana y llama al 112.If you cannot get out: shut yourself in a room with a window, seal the gaps under the door with wet cloths, make yourself seen from the window and call 112.
6. Si se te prende la ropa, no corras: tírate al suelo y rueda.If your clothes catch fire, do not run: drop to the floor and roll.

Si suena la alarma del edificioIf the building alarm sounds

Mantén la calma y actúa como si fuera real hasta que te confirmen lo contrario: sal por la escalera, sin usar el ascensor, y espera fuera. Si ves o hueles humo, llama al 112.Stay calm and act as if it were real until you are told otherwise: leave by the stairs, without using the lift, and wait outside. If you see or smell smoke, call 112.

El portal y las zonas comunes del edificio están grabados por cámaras de videovigilancia, conforme a la normativa de protección de datos.
